This is a handmade product and in case you find any quality issue or defect, the same product will be replaced. In a rare occurrence, if the replacement piece is not available, a credit note will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.
In case of quality issue/defect:
The process can begin with you initiating such requests by calling us on 9886086019 or emailing us at reachus@santushtee.store within 3 days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the product. Please note, that return requests are not accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery.
After placing the above request, please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, box any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase within 3 days of delivery.
We will organize a reverse pick-up from the address stated in your invoice.
Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within the standard shipping timelines.
In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a credit note will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.
Our credit notes can be used on our website foe any other purchase.
